    Core stability, and joint mobility are equally important and key to improving movement, avoiding injury and increasing performance output.

    In this class Dr. Mo will take you through a series of core stabilising exercises, complimented with mobility movements.

    The more efficient your joints and muscles move, the more resilient they will be against injury.

    Be prepared to work hard and push your body to it’s limits. Dr. Mo uses evidence based exercises to promote both short and long term change for your movement.
