I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live more comfortably. I love working with a wide range of mobility issues and everyday postural or repetitive strain stresses, especially those affecting the lower back, neck, and shoulders. My goal is to help each client improve their quality of life and achieve their personal goals through tailored, hands-on massage care.
My massage treatments combine a variety of techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point release, myofascial release, cupping, dry needling, joint mobilisations, stretching, and taping. I also enjoy showing clients how simple exercises can make a big difference in how they feel day to day. I’m a big believer in movement as medicine!
Outside of work, I love weight training and spending time outdoors with my family — whether we’re camping, out on the boat, or just soaking up some sunshine.
